Ball gag Israeli Ambassador to El Salvador, Tsuriel Raphael has surprisingly been recalled to Israel after being discovered wearing his birthday suit, whilst being drunk as a skunk.
Seething with fury, the aptly named Raphael screamed the legend; 'do you know who I am?' Apparently the authorities didn't and he was arrested and taken away.
Israeli media reported that superstud was wearing several sex toys at the time and the BBC that the unfortunate diplomat could identify himself to police only after a rubber ball had been removed from his mouth.
Mr Raphael has not committed a crime so the matter is closed as far as his host country are concerned. On questions regarding a career change for Mr Raphael peter Stringfellow declined to comment.
