MOSCOW - Word filtering out of the Kremlin is that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is very upset at the United States stating that it will no longer import Russian Vodka.
The Russian president stated that two can play that game and he has decided to counter by refusing to import any more M&M's from the US into Russia.
As most students of political science know, the United States exports more M&M's to Russia than all of the other countries of the world combined.
It is a well known fact that the Russian people first fell in love with the candy-coated chocolate treats back during the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962.
Meanwhile, President Obama says that he is not concerned one iota since he knows that Central America has fallen in love with the little colored treats and Costa Rica and Guatemala have both said they want to increase their import of M&M's by 35 percent.
