"I am warning you, I am getting ready to take my shirt off and get busy!" said Putin.
The United States remarked that Putin should keep his nose out of the Ukraine's business, as well as his chest hairs.
This is not the first time Putin has made provocative statements or suggestions. Some others include:
1. He invited Boyz II Men to sing in Russia's Red Square to get Russians "in the mood" to produce at least three children per family.
2. Putin has been spotted with his shirt off on many other occasions, such as building a fire and horseback riding.
3. To lead some endangered Siberian cranes to their winter migratory path, Putin wore a puffy white jumpsuit while riding a motorized hang glider.
4. Singing his rendition of "Blueberry Hill" before a celebrity-laden crowd.
The world is praying that Putin's shirt stays on.
