The former Libyan President, Colonel Gaddafi, has denied he is dead, in spite of the overwhelming evidence, saying that someone is pulling wool over the eyes of the general populous.
The infamous dictator was adamant that he is still very much alive, saying that he could do twenty push ups for anybody who wanted to see him. People substantially close to the former leader have not seen him for 96 hours and initially believed the mobile footage showing his demise.
Gaddafi says he will release a mp3 recording of him singing the national anthem, if nothing else convinces his former subjects of his existence.
Some people reacted to this news with shock, however one person asked how he could get a copy so that he might sell it on the black market. Tripoli last night was tense in the wake of this new information except for one very excited black marketeer.
