Controversy continues to dog the deposed, beaten, and executed former Libyan leader, even as he rots away beneath the sand dunes of the northern Sahara.
The talk among the few present at the despotic leader's interment, was of a mystery disc, tossed into the sand, alongside the tyrant's decomposing body, where it will lay forever.
Eager reporters scrambled to try to determine what the 'mystery disc' was all about, but officials of the NTC would only say that it held no meaning, and that it would rot forever under the baking desert sun.
"Stop going on about the bloody disk!" Faizal Al Faid, an official remarked. "Some things are better just shut out of one's existence until the end of time. Some things are beneath contempt, and really not worth getting arsed about. Gadaffi was one, the source of the disc is another. Best left to the giant centipedes, and the rest of the carrion feeders.
