Stockton, California - A family in Stockton has filed a 14.2 million dollar lawsuit against MC Dogles hamburgers of Stockton in California after a 4-year-old girl dies of radiation found in a strawberry sundae.

The sundae was made of milk that came from a Stockton dairy. The dairy pasture was tested for radiation and it was discovered that dangerous plutonium is in the grass and water that the dairy cows are consuming. The plutonium radiation came from the Fukushima reactor, carried in rain clouds.

An autopsy shows that the 4-year-old girl's thyroid had high concentrations of the plutonium radiation.

Radiation from the Fukushima reactor in Japan has turned up in very low levels in grass in the state of California, but cows who eat the grass build up radiation in their bodies to extremely high levels which is then passed into their milk.

Sandy Becker heard about high levels of radiation building up in cows Thursday morning, and is skeptical about what the FDA and EPA is telling the public that there should be no concerns. "I think we're all in danger and it really worries me that there is radiation in our milk products already," said Becker. "When they told us no less than two weeks ago that it would never reach America."

The lawsuit also contends that the restaurant's assistant manager continued selling sundaes after receiving the report of the girls death. Customers have submitted samples of their sundaes to a laboratory for testing. According to the Stockton Star, lab results indicate that the sundaes had radiation in it.

MC Dogle's has declined to comment on the details of the case but issued a written statement saying: "The quality and safety of our food was compromised by the Fukushima reactor, but MC Dogles will defend itself to the fullest extent of the law."

MC Dogles said it would stop buying milk and meat in California and it would start shipping milk and meat in from Texas to ease customers concerns.

Also, wine being produced in Stockton and the San Joaquin Valley are showing signs of radiation. Restaurants across the United States and in foreign countries like France, Australia, Italy, and China are refusing to purchase wine produced in Stockton and from the San Joaquin Valley because of fears of radiation illness. Wine produced in Italy is free of any type of radiation unlike Stockton wine which test positive for radiation that came from the Fukushima reactor.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
