WASHINGTON, D.C. - Oprah Winfrey, the queen of television was in Washington, D.C. attending the Kennedy Centre (Center) Honours (Honors) Gala where she was honored for a life time contribution to the entertainment industry.
Miss O was accompanied by long time friend and lesbian rumor squelcher Stedman Graham.
Winfrey wore a white imported French flag blouse that was extremely low cut in the front. Fellow attendee Sir Paul McCartney, who at one time had the best back up band in the entire world, The Beatles, remarked to Lady Oh Oh, "Say there old gal, it appears to me dat jur louvelly puppie dogs may be a slippin outta your bloomin blouse dey be I say, I duz, I do."
Oprah smiled, poked them out a bit and said that she was proud of the fact that her butterbags were completely, 100 percent silicon free and hardly had any stretch marks on them at all.
[EDITOR'S NOTE: Oprah Winfrey stated that the reason she was accompanied by Stedman Graham instead of Gayle King was because Gayle was back at Oprah's Chicago mansion nursing a very badly bruised ego.]
Country music icon Merle Haggard was also honored for his 70 years in the music business. Haggard said that he was trilled to be in the nation's capitol on a fun trip and not on a mandatory subpoena investigation regarding his failed horse shoe making factory and his tumbleweed seeds by mail Internet alleged scam.
SIDENOTE: After the gala affair Winfrey and Graham returned to her presidential suite at the luxuriously luxurious Hotel Paul Revere where the couple spent a platonic evening.
