Although Mary Kennedy is in the midst of a divorce with Robert Kennedy Jr., she will be busy now settling with a judge on her most recent DUI case.
In court, she once again pleaded guilty to a lesser charge (Jaywalking), but this time she will have to attend special classes for some time, have her driver's license taken away for 90 days and fined $500 which she hopes to come up with once Kennedy shells out.
Robert Kennedy Jr. wasn't there to support his wife nor did he write a letter to the judge. However, both his mother and sister did so, at her trial in New York.
"At least she didn't wind up in the Chappaquiddick", was all reporters could get from JFK, Jr.
Mary Kennedy's psychiatrist must submit quarterly reports about her progress, the judge in the case said.
"You're going to have to live up to the continuation of your treatment," he told Kennedy. "Keep your boozing at home and don't be caught driving or next time I'll put you in the same cell as Lindsay Lohan."
"Oh, please, not that. I'm completely sober, Judge."
