Former Vice President Dick Cheney was miffed at learning of President Obama's "Sane Day Surgery" proposal.
"That idea was ours from the get go!" said Mr Cheney. "We were already implementing "Sane Day Investment Counseling" and "Sane Day Home Mortgages", that's the last time we let this administration look over our shoulder!"
The idea of "Sane Day Surgery" is to bring together all those in mental hospitals who either imagine themselves to be doctors or former doctors who went crazy trying to figure out Medicare / Medicaid, monitor these people daily, and when they appear to be lucid for a while, whisk them off to do surgery on those who are in need. "And we thought we could reach across the isle to these people!" Cheney added.
