"Our Grandkids don't need a politically left wing hangover!"

All the unintended nasty consequences of Prohibition that occurred in the "Roaring Twenties" have been relegated to US History, but their lessons of corruption, special interest groups and Congress ignoring the will of the people are lost on the current government. There is a great deal to be learned from Prohibition, as history often repeats itself, when government does things the American people don't want.

A Democratic far left wing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid preside over a 21st Century set of important issues that now confront middle class American citizens. "It's the economy stupid" seems to have been forgotten or ignored as one of these issues! The arrogant Democrats are drunk with absolute power, spawning corruption behind closed doors!

Additionally, the Democratic left wing Obama administration, assumes it is smarter than the taxpayers, with its majorities in both houses of Congress and is at it again with its own "Prohibitions." For example, Healthcare Reform; Cap and Trade; unfunded mandates to use only immature green technology vice traditional sources, while green sources are being developed; rabid environmentalism; the food police; banning/over regulating, taxing, excessive spending (deficits) and making laws to control people's lives; and foreign policy/military indecisions and ineptness.

Patriotic Americans, such as sane Democrats (there are some that really exist), Independents and Republicans need to rebalance Congress in the 2010 elections. Gridlock is good in many legislative instances, where the future consequences of today's actions are either not clear or may be dire.

As in colonial times New Jersey, Virginia and Massachusetts are leading the way!

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
