Let's Do Some Nation Building!!!

US Department of War Secretary and Chief Propaganda Minister Robert Gates proposed the establishment of a new "Superfund" for nation building. Gates stated that even though his host nation, the United States, was broke and direly in need of being rebuilt, it would be the US taxpayers woofing up for another multi-billion dollar foreign welfare disaster.

Gates pointed to Iraq as an example of just how good the "nation building" process works. The minister of war suggested that Americans and Europeans can now visit the bombing capital of the world as tourists, and experience the daily process of wasting billions of US taxpayer dollars personally.

"We've got to get this Nation Building stuff out of the military budget" said Gates, "it's preventing me from getting the bigger and longer term commitments I think we need".

Hillary Clinton chided in and stated that consulting teams from New York and Israel were "ready to help out with the nation building process" and suggested that contracts for these consultants could be streamlined and made cost-plus in format to ensure the job gets done right!

President O'Bama when questioned about the suggestion by Gates said "There are powerful forces out there" and "I really like making millions and having a great time playing President!"

The quizzical Prez then added that as part of his "stimulus" package, all Federal Government employees would be getting raises and he would also be authorizing the hiring of 20,000 new employees.
