America's Got Talent winner, Kevin Skinner, has been victimised since he won the talent competition, by people who have used his name to further their own careers, says an unreliable source in the UK.
The 34-year-old Country singer, shot to fame with his stirring rendition of Aerosmith's I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing, but since then, claims the unnamed source, his name has been used in countless stories - including this one - on the satirical news website TheSpoof.com, merely to score points for writers who crave the limelight, and who employ means to climb the site's points rankings.
One writer - it might be me - said:
"I haven't got a clue who the hell Kevin Skinner is, but I saw other guys use his name in several of their stories, and they're around the top of the rankings, so it had to be worth a try!"
Others expressed their disgust at this sentiment, saying:
"Some people on this site will do absolutely anything to get to the top!"
The bit about him being 'abused' might not have been entirely accurate.
