Washington, DC - At a press conference held in the White House West Wing, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs has announced President Obama is going to address the concerns of birthers, and those sitting on the fence.
"As I speak, President Obama is signing an Executive Order for Honolulu's Bureau of Vital Statistics to print 300 million official copies of his birth certificate. Once these are delivered to the Government Printing Office, a birth certificate will be mailed to every American citizen in all fifty states and territories including Samoa and Okinawa."
"I want to stress that the costs involved with this are being paid by George Soros. It will not cost the American taxpayer one red cent," Mr. Gibbs said.
