Daniel Radcliffe's friend, 56 year old, Abdel Sattar Birakdar, who was born in Iraq, describes the difficulties of trying to get married in a western country where 95% of the land mass is occupied by western Anglos.
While staying in Daniel Radcliffe's 25 million dollar house in Beverly Hills, he tells of the inhumane conditions he has experienced while living in the west.
He arrived in the west at the age of nine-years-old and attended school in Southern California, gradating from UCLA in Los Angeles. During his 56 years of life in the west, he has been rejected over two thousand times for marriage with Anglo women.
Abdel remembers his first attempt to date an Anglo woman at the age of fourteen years old. Her name was Cindy Sherman and she told him that she only dated boys of her own race.
Los Angeles council member Edgar Hamilton said, "We understand the problems affecting human beings that come from different ethnic minorities. We are attempting to create a national conservation program to help them adjust to the alien environment they now inhabit."
The City Council has been working with United Nations officials to recognize the human genocide issues affecting ethnic minorities in the west. Like the California condor program which has brought back the endangered birds from extinction, it is hoped that the national conservation program will bring ethnic minorities, like Abdel, out of human extension. They don't have their natural breeding partners in their new homeland, and the program is to pair them up with women of their nationalities, from their home countries.
The program will exclude these ethnic men from having to prove financial support for their fiancées because it has become an issue of human genocide.
