Mohave CA: The Acme Homicide Bomber School (AHBS) closed its doors today. The good news is that the school's first class successfully passed their educational assessment exams.
The AHBS, located in a remote part of the Mohave Desert, had asked the Mohave School District (MSD) for funding from the Federal "No Child Left Behind Act." The MSD refused based on the subject matter taught at this particular institution of learning.
AHBS with the help of the ACLU sued the MSD. A Federal judge ruled that MSD must provide AHBS funding based on the "No Child Left Behind Act." A US Department of Education lawyer asked the judge "are the students and instructors still subject to educational assessment exams, based on course content, prior to graduation?" "Yes" replied the judge.
All 13 students and instructors completed their "final" exams.
