Washington D.C. - Flush with the success of having his stimulus package pass the house, President Obama today gave a self-congratulatory speech on the steps of the United States Treasury Department under a banner proudly proclaiming: "Mission Accomplished!".
"We did it! The economic crisis is over! I would like to thank the men and women of the Democratically controled House of Representives who fought so hard against some...amazing odds to bring this bill to pass...fruition.
"The American people can rest easier today knowing that we can ram through any old piece of...garbage legislation we want...to and there's not a damn thing our political enemies can...do about it."
