A 39-year-old over man was indicted Tuesday on charges of sexually touching himself and rubbing against a movie display in front of two young girls last March in the video department of a Wally-Mart store in Dewbury.
A Borris County grand jury handed up an indictment Tuesday that charges Juan Castilli-Vandosal with two counts each of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child on March 30, 2008, at a Wally-Mart store in Edgewood.
Castillo-Vandosal, last of Hudson Street in Prover, is accused of following two girls, ages 11 and 12, around the store and rubbing himself so hard his pants ripped in their presence.
Although he did not have physical contact with the girls, he is charged with second-degree counts of sexual assault for his conduct in front of children younger than 13 years of age.
Castillo-Vandosal defended himself saying he was only scratching himself.
"Ballplayers do this all the time."
The grand jury then handed over another indictment for Castillo-Vandosal for admitting to playing with his balls.
