Gotham City, U.S.A.- In a shocking discovery earlier this week, Christian Bale has been outted as a fraud.
Commissioner Gordon made this statement, in a press release earlier today, "We had thought it extremely odd, that we were able to apprehend the Batman so easily. The young man that was wearing the batsuit, was a Welsh man by the name of Christian Bale. He was exceptionally convincing as the Dark Knight. However, when we searched his person, we found his S.A.G. card. Bale is just an actor. The Batman is still out there."
An investigation has proven that the hunky, Welsh actor, gained magnificent body, to help him protray the Caped Crusader.
When asked why he did it, Bale simply stated, "The story of the Batman is a mystery. I was hoping to draw him out and have my writer friend interview him. I mean, I was seeing several movies, comic books, cartoons and cheesy T.V. shows centered around this man. His story, my looks and talent, we could have made millions."
Sources close to the investigation say that Gotham police, were mere seconds, away from catching the 'real' Batman. But Christian got them off the scent with his outstanding performance.
It seems Bruce Wayne heard about his close call, and Christian got to drive out of Gotham in a brand new 2008, batmobile.
