Condom-ed Crimefighter Spitzer comforted these much wronged bosoms

Eliot Spitzer fought corruption all the way to the Governor's mansion in Albany, NY. Scourge to Wall Street crooks and liars, the AG Spitzer had the liars laying low and the crooks hiding in every cranny and nook. His reputation for incorruptibility fueled his rise to the very mansion from which Dewey and Roosevelt launched their Presidential bids.

Now we learn that holier than thou ES had an even greater compassion and passion for justice than we thought, dreamt of, or even fantasized. Righteous zealot that he was, ES took into his loving arms the poor and wretched waifs of high-end prostitution rings. These top dollar dollies found their way into the wholly accepting arms of the crime-fighter extraordinaire and received, presumably a tidy sum, for their apolitical contributions to the hopefully condom-ed crusader.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
