GUANTANAMO, Cuba - Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for the alleged conspirators in the killing of nearly 3000 people in 2001. The trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Mohammed al-Qahtani, Ramzi Binalshibh, Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, Mustafa Ahmad al-Hawsawi and Waleed bin Attash will be held in a specially constructed court at the prison in Cuba.
If prosecutors are successful in what promises to be a high profile court case, it is anticipated that several states will be vying to supply the juice.
Legal experts feel it's only right that states that had Old Sparky in the past be grand fathered to pull him out again. Those primary states are Texas, New York, Louisiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, Georgia and Florida.
Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Moonbats and Wingnuts will be eligible to vote.
