Governor Schwarzenegger today announced his long awaited return to the silver screen.
Speaking outside the White House today, the former body builder and ex Mr Universe stated his desire to return to his second love. "I have been in politics for some time now, and while I take my duties as Governor to the wonderful people of California very seriously, I feel the time is right to step back and take a look at the wider picture.
"The quality of my leadership of this marvellous state will in no way be affected by this decision, and in fact I believe that the people as a whole will benefit from this. I see this move as a rallying cry to really highlight the strength and passion of the people of America.
"I am fully committed to raising the morale of our brilliant nation during this time where it would be so easy to concentrate on the minor difficulties that we face. It is my intention to put a smile back on the nation of America."
After receiving a standing ovation for this stirring address, the Governor patiently waited while the assembled media captured the moment.
While details on the Governor's comeback film are being closely guarded, America waits with baited breath.
