Margo Beckinsall was injured this week when she tried to befriend an evil gecko.
The gecko, Frankie, is said to have been crowned "Evil gecko of the Year" in this years Evil gecko awards.
It seems that Ms. Beckinsall was unaware of this fact when she tried to befriend it in Central Park, New York. "I thought it was a nice looking gecko, it kept flicking out it's little tongue...holding it in mid air for a few seconds, and then flipping it back into its mouth. How was I supposed to know that it was the devil's spawn?"
Ms. Beckinsall is now out of Hospital, after suffering minor gecko related injuries.
