(Washington) - Former Chairman of the Federal Reserve, 81-year-old Alan Greenspan, has wed Andrea Mitchell, a former NBC news correspondent.
Alan and Andrea have dated for years and, according to the New York Times, were married in September, 2007. The couple lead an active life. Greenspan recently retired as head of the Fed and his book is currently the #1 best seller in the U.S. At 81, Mr. Greenspan shows no sign of slowing down and is now on a whirlwind speaking and book promotion tour.
In a recent TV interview, Greenspan, the world's biggest financial geek, admitted to enjoying the reading of wheat commodity forecasts over breakfast.
So, wheat forecasts aside, what does a hottie see in a 81-year-old financial geek? He's smart, he got an $8 million advance on his book, and, who knows, maybe he's good in bed.
Attaboy, Alan!
