Hayesville, North Carolina (IP) - Doctors in this rural town at the edge of Cherokee County are using X-Ray glasses in their every day work. Cherokee County is strapped for cash and the County Administrator collects aluminum cans and recycles them in order to fund the county government.

The X-Ray glasses were popular in the early 1960's and were often found for sale in the back sections of comic books and Bazooka Joe bubble gum wrapper coupons. Young boys were eager buyers of the glasses and used them to check out the girls in their schools whenever there was no hole available in their gymnasium shower's walls - usually because their schools did not have a gymnasium.

Dr. Caselli uses them in his clinic all of the time. Sometimes he takes them to the local Tuesday flea market in the nearby town of Murphy to check out all of the obese ladies that he adores so much as they walk around looking for bargains. One day one of the women realized what the good doctor was up to and she went over and knocked the bejesus out of him. Luckily the glasses survived the ordeal and are being used to treat the local hillbillies when they go illin after getting run over by their tractors - usually after consuming too much moonshine.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
