The Pentagon, Washingdung D.C. (IP) - American Generals stated today that troops are needed in Iraq until 2009 so that if a Democrat wins the White House that the Democrats will be blamed for the war and/or defeat in the war.
They conceded that the odds of a Democratic winning the next presidential election is almost nil thanks to control of the voting apparatus by the Republican Guard and by the lack of viable candidates on the Democratic side of the isle. "They have as much chance of winning as a fart has to servive a hurricane or a jelly donut has surviving an encounter with a police sergeant or a non-government employee winning a state run lottery."
In a rare display of humor the Generals stated that the candidates that the Democrats are going to present to the American people will be "better suited for an appearance on "American Idol" or as candidates for a cooking or interior design show."
