DISTRICT COURT (L.A.) -- Legendary music producer (Wall of Sound) Phil Spector's hair is looking more and more frightened as his murder trial proceeds.
Spector is on trial for the death of actress/waitress/hostess Lana Clarkson, 40. He picked her up at the 'House of Blues' and took her to his San Simoen mansion on Blecker in 2005. Spector's hair looks like it has had electric shock treatment, as it stands on end, scared stiff. Einstein he is not.
Is he a murderer -- or just randy? Certainly a gun freak. He makes sure he shows all his 'dates' his revolver. And a big one it is too. Unfortunately that gun went off in Clarkson's face - or - mouth, depending on whether Spector shot her, or she committed suicide as his defence claims.
Either way, Spector faces the prospect of never being able to comb his hair down again.
