California - Arnold Schwarzenegger has announced that if Phil Spector, who is currently on trial for the alleged murder of B movie actress Lana Clarkson, is convicted of first degree murder he will be given the death penalty and be executed by a huge 'wall of sound' currently being developed by the military and unofficially tested in Afghanistan.
Human Rights watch and the United Nations Convention on torture says that the new form of death penalty is illegal.
Judge Judy of television fame said that in her estimation and reading of the law there is no problem with using the wall of sound as a means of legalized execution. Judge Joe Brown also concurs with her decision.
