Green Junior had pleaded not guilty and claimed to be the victim in this incident "because he grew up in a fundamentalist Mormon environment where under-age sex was de rigeur for Patriarchs, his role models in life".
Green Senior was jailed in 2001 for under-age sex with a
13-year old girl when he was 37.
He then made the teenager his first "wife" before adding another four pre-pubescent females to his marriage quota.
Utah prosecutors are now seeking to close down the fundamentalist internet site which they have branded as a "menace" and a "blight" on traditional methods of meeting and marrying multiple wives in the world's top polygamist hot spot par excellence, including Islamic countries such as Saudi Arabia and Iran.
