Bob Barker, former host of the game show The Price is Right, announced today that he plans to run for president in 2008. Barker told reporters during a press conference that he will run as an independent and that the primary component of his platform will be passing a federal that will require all cats and dogs to be spayed or neutered.
"I have been saying it for years on The Price is Right and not much progress has been made. As president, I will be in a position to actually do something about this problem, which, to me, is a greater threat than global warming and terrorism combined", Barker said.
