Washington - (Bare Ass Mes): District of Columbia Judge Ron L Pearson has downsized his famous $67 million pants compensation suit to a 'far more reasonable $54 million' after taking account extenuous circumstances.

According to depostions filed at the DC Superior Court Custom Cleaners owe that much to the feisty judge whose clothing went missing and who are accused of practising fraud and misleading consumers over their professional claims.

Judge Pearson says that their company promotion promising "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and "Same Day Service" is a travesty of professional standards and duped him into the loss of his attire.

Speaking to the press today Pearson said he had been the victim of "false, misleading and fraudulent advertisements" and his hurt feelings were worth a slightly reduced $54 million after due consideration of similar consumers' compensation claims for 'bare-assed cheek' against corrupt service providers.

Internet spreadbetting index Aintgottaprayer.com is offering odds of 6/4 for Judge Pearson to win his case.
