A former aid to Vice President Dick Cheney, speaking under condition of strict anonymity, stated that Cheney turned to the so-called 'dark side' of the Force years ago, in the early 1970s, when he worked in the Nixon administration.
"Richard Nixon was a well-known Sith Lord", the informant said. "Tricky Dick took Cheney under his wing, became his mentor." Nixon spent a lot of time teaching the dark arts to his young apprentice and, according to our source, they were known by everyone who worked around them as "Big Dick" and "Little Dick."
In a recent appearance on Meet the Press, the vice president refused to comment on his relationship with Nixon. He also refused to comment on his status as a Sith Lord.
