Later that day Ms. Rice had noticed that money was withdrawn from her account at an ATM machine not far from the Starbucks. Also a room at the hotel Shaft was rented with a her credit Card. She noticed that certain purchases were made with her credit card. A Jack Lalane Juice machine and offers for a free checking account. As soon as Rice found out about these charges she promptly canceled her credit card and was informed that she would only be responsible for fifty dollars of the charges made.
