Microsoft Corporation founder and richest person in the world Bill Gates has filed a lawsuit against Seattle, Washington plastic surgeon Doctor Gordon P. Mengele, alleging gross negligence and malicious malpractice.
Gates underwent a reconstructive surgical procedure known as 'ear enhancement.' According to wife Melinda, Gates has long been troubled by the way his ears look. "He felt like nobody ever noticed his ears," Mrs. Gates said. "It was something he had wanted to do for a long time, and now look at Bill. He's a side-show freak."
Famed attorney Gerry Spence has been retained by Gates.
