Lawrence, KS - Cartographers, climatologists, mathematicians and physicists at the University of Kansas have revealed the long-anticipated results of their massive T.O.T.O project (Time-Orographic Travel Obviation). The goal: to find out what is that place "somewhere over the rainbow".
"It turns out that place is Duluth, Minnesota," said a surprised Kelly Brockton of the Kansas Math Department. "And there are no munchkins."
Fellow scientists at Kansas were equally perplexed. Said Bill Watts of the Physics Department, "we ran multiple confirming tests of the data, and it came out the same every time: we certainly weren't in Kansas anymore."
