London would be a great place for Bill Clinton with his many top notch soul mates there

Washington DC - (Rotters): Hillary Clinton has promised that when she is elected as the 44th President of the United States her husband Bill will be given one of two top diplomatic posts to bolster her Administration: ambassador to Iraq or ambassador to London - the choice will be entirely his.

"I believe in using former presidents, particularly after what my husband has done to me," Clinton told a fun raiser at J Howard Marshalltown II, IOU on Saturday.

Bill Clinton has agreed to "do anything I asked him to do," the New York senator said amid persistent reports that she is desperately trying to hush Justice Department records showing that she is Larry Birkhead's birth mother.

The 42nd US president has played an increasingly frantic role in his wife's campaign and encouraged Howard K Stern to come to a peaceful rapprochement with Larry Birkhead over paternity and custody issues of baby Dannielynn.

Big Bill told the "Larry King Live" show recently that he was doing whatever he could but added:

"I don't think it's helpful, really, for me to be out there too much now until Larry Birkhead is home in California with the baby and Virgie Arthur is in a Texas slammer charged with perjury, conspiracy, take your pick, you name it."

When both Clintons spoke last month at the funeral of Anna Nicole Smith in Nassau, Bahamas the former president was widely seen as shielding his wife with his charismatic presence.

And in his Larry King interview last week Bill Clinton welcomed the opportunity to serve under his wife in "any capacity she sees fit."

"You know, all presidents need a little help. They need all the help they can get. So if she asked me to do something, whatever it was, I would definitely do it.

"If she wanted me to act as ambassador in Iraq, well that wouldn't be so great but I guess I'd do it. For a while at least.

"But if it was London then that's a different matter.

"Sure, Chelsea could act as my co-host for all the hard partying that's mandatory in that position. And I just lurv Londoners and the fine city they live in.

"So right now I'm gona make sure I do everything I can to get this Larry Birkhead business quietly tucked up so we can get on and forget the whole sorry mess that Anna Nicole got us into."
