(NORTH POLE) -- Consternation raged today among Santa's elves and other residents of this once-jolly community as spiritual leaders Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Jesus Christ of Nazareth expanded their protest of the use of the word "Ho" on the public airwaves.
"The use of the H-word is demeaning, belittling, disparaging, and hurtful and unconscionable and just tacky and must be stopped wherever it is used," explained Rachel Snowfreeze, Professor of Linguistics and Yoga at North Pole Community College. "One of Santa's "Ho's" is of a qualitatively different character from an Imus "ho," Kringle Defense Fund Attorney Geoffrey Toymaker inartfully countered.
At press time it was unclear whether corporate advertisers would withdraw sponsorship from Father Christmas. Elsewhere, on a mountaintop overlooking Whoville, the Grinch was heard to utter a nasty snarling, "Well, it's about time!"
Jackson, Sharpton, Jesus, & HRH Harry are all vying for the broadcast slots made available with Imus's departure as reported in TheSpoof.com previously.
