Washington - In a stunning development, 129 GOP congressmen thought to be braindead, were able to physically cast a vote against a president who was thought to have them completely hypnotized to support him regardless of how insanely illogical his behavior was.
Cognitive psychologists studying the behavior today determined that some kind of Pavlovian response triggered deep in the lawmakers’ brains was suddenly released when the President invited the slaughter of America-allied ISIS fighters, the Kurds, and then appeared to blame the Kurds for his dirty deed by pointing out that they had “not participated in the Normandy Invasion”.
Apparently, past actions such as constant lying, profiting from his office, illegal hush payments, inviting foreign election interference, and obstruction of justice, were not able to elicit the same response from the Republicans.
