Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's legal adviser, responded today to the fast-moving pace of special counsel Robert Mueller's "Anti-Trump Conspiracy," as Mr. Giuliani phrased it.
"It is a conspiracy," Mr. Giuliani insisted. "Who instructed Michael Cohen to record that meeting where he told Trump to pay the call girls? Who suggested to Rod Rosenstein that he wear a wire when he met with Trump? Why would a straight-laced guy like Michael Flynn lie to the feds unless he was told to lie?
"Mueller's investigating the wrong topic. The real criminals are the ones behind this giant conspiracy against an honorable president."
