OMG, THEYKILLEDKEN, NY (Youbas Tards) -- Due to the Iraq Crisis, some soldiers invent a new form of conventional warfare method that is as powerful as the current method, but its power prevents the opponents from acquiring new weapons until the opponent surrenders and promises to give in to the winner for a specified duration.
These soldiers call it "the Spell Card rules," which is inspired by a certain Japanese shooting game that consists of an all-girl cast.
"This is a new way of settling wars that is as easy as a duel," stated 2nd Lt. Jack Hammer, one of the proponents of the new warfare method.
"Aside from the large-scale war that is happening in Iraq, it can also be used in personal arguments without resorting to murder, since deciding victors based on strength is unacceptable," he added.
The new method is simple, according to its handbook. Each duel must have a name, and a number of duels must be announced beforehand. Additionally, meaningless attacks must not be used and repeating a duel is forbidden.
"For more details, please contact Lt. Hammer" was on the back cover of the handbook.
Shortly after the announcement of the new methods, both allies and enemies quickly adapted to the new method.
One enemy state happens to have one named duel called: Nuke Sign "Crush the Imperialists". Lt. Hammer has a lot of named duels up the sleeve, and he decides to keep these a secret for the meantime.
