17 Year old Haley Coombes was pleased with her new tattoo which she had inked permanently onto her shoulder yesterday; courtesy of Davy's Tattoo Parlour in Jacksonville, Florida.

Haley chose the tattoo herself; A Chinese symbol which store owner Davy informed his client meant "butterfly".

Happy with her new permanent marking Haley showed off her tattoo to friends and family; excited that she had joined the throngs of teenage girls now sporting 'ink'. She was though, quickly deflated after joining her parents for their weekly dinner at Wang's Chinese Buffet.

Waitress Elaine Chow, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, recoiled in horror once Hayley removed her cardigan to reveal her new tattoo.

Chow told reporters, "I told her that her tattoo actually meant 'cunt' not 'butterfly'. It isn't the first time this has happened, last week we had a boy come in showing off his new tattoo that he believed read "perfection" - it actually meant 'Cock Sucker'".

Davy of Davy's tattoos did not immediately answer telephone calls from this reporter.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
