Despite the provisions of The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, and abridging the the freedom of speech, the US government is planning a tax on speech, therefore charging citizens a fee each time they speak.
The new 'Speaking Tax' will initially only affect those who spout endless drivel, talk about themselves, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly and Piers Morgan.
For each word spoken, that is either drivel, a lie, a distortion of facts or blatant self serving publicity a $1 levy will be applied.
Those expected to find themselves in the highest tax bracket include, Oprah Winfrey, Donald Trump, Anderson Cooper, Nancy Grace and my wife.
