A judge in Wisconsin has repeated the performance of the "Penis Pumper" Judge of a few years ago.
Although Judge Larry Witherspoon denies the charges, the device fell out of his robes as everyone stood for him to leave for the day.
Several attorneys had reported that the Judge had been acting strange and always glanced around the room before beginning. I guess he was looking up skirts and dresses.
"He would suddenly stop the proceedings and have an attractive female attorney to approach the bench to clarify a situation. Then he'd get all glassy eyed", stated one attorney.
"He also would sigh a lot and then take a quick nap....so embarrassing", stated Jane Langton, an attractive prosecutor. I knew something was up and now we all know what it was."
As Flip Wilson once stated: Now here comes the judge! Here comes the judge!"
