Sergei Aksyonov, the leader of the Crimea effort to secede from the Urkraine, who was installed as prime minister of Crimea after armed men seized the Parliament building last week, has had several conversations with Governor Rick Perry of Texas.
Perry has said in the past that Texans might be "So fed up with Washington that they might want to secede from the Union. Perry called them "Patriots".
While Perry has been silent on succession during the past year, his conversations with Askyonv indicate that he might be leading a movement for Texas to secede from the United States.
"I can't imagine any other reason for the Governor talking to Aksyonov," said Perry's Chief of Staff."
