PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA - Kil Em Al, interim spokesman for the Korean Central News Agency, announced today that President Barack Hussein Obama will visit the supreme leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Kim Jong Un in February.
President Obama will plead to Kim Jong Un to release the 120 dogs that ate Kim Jong Un's uncle, Jang Song Thaek according to President Obama's Press Secretary, Jay Carney. Mr. Carney stated that it was an international tragedy that the dogs were suffering from "food insecurity" and that they should be released to PETA officials immediately.
