Washington DC - After a man used his car to kill and maim several innocent people in Venice Beach, CA the other morning, a leading Democrat in Congress is set to introduce a bill banning all vehicles in America.
The Congressperson stated, "Americans can't be trusted with, you know, like, a basically, like, 2000 lb. weapon, or something. You never know when a person will snap!"
When asked how people would then get around, the Democrat stated, "Duh! They can use mass transit! Taxis, buses, & trains."
When it was pointed out that taxis & buses are actually vehicles which would be banned under her bill, the Democrat said, "Well, certain buses and taxis would not fall under this bill because as we all know, they are driven by foreigners."
