Many people consider pit bulls to be strong, aggressive attack dogs. Because of that unsavory reputation, many owners who can't bear to part with their pit bulls are having liposuction treatments performed on them to reduce their size.
Ward Mungtoffer, who isn't sure what city he lives in, is one such dog owner. "I'd take my 60 pound pit bull Rambo out for a walk and everyone would avoid us. Rambo and I are both friendly, but people were scared of him," he said. So Mungtoffer called a mobile veterinary service called the Neuter Scooter that provides the new liposuction services.
"I can't believe the change," said an elated Mungtoffer. "The vet came out to the house in a van, and In about 20 minutes, he sucked Rambo down to Chihuahua size and now everybody, even little kids and grandmas, want to hug and pet him. I even changed his name to Pepe," said a beaming Mungtoffer, adding, "He looks so damned cute in his little hat and sunglasses."
