Cats are killing millions of animals in the US and their leader is actually ex-Khmer Rouge leader, Pol Pot, infamous for butchering millions in the Killing Fields.
The FBI, CIA, police, RSPCA and scientists are attempting to track down Top Cat, Pol Pot, but are finding it difficult because he hides in rubbish bins all over the US and hardly leaves any clues as to where he will actually be killing next; in the field next door maybe.
Thousands of dead birds were last found in several rubbish bins in New York, but Pol Pot obviously managed to escape underground through the sewers because thousands of dead rats were seen floating down the Hudson river later.
He is now on the run and anybody seeing a fat slit-eyed cat with blood dripping down the sides of his mouth should report the sighting to the RSPCA and stay well away because Pol Pot alias Top Cat just hates Americans (I wonder why?).
Officer Dibble swears he can persuade Pol Pot to give himself up. He has promised him and his cohorts a plate of warm milk in an isolated cat prison and plenty of room outside to Kill in the fields...
