A sand statue of President Obama was recently ruined by heavy rains in North Carolina. However, the statue mysteriously came to life and was seen hanging out behind a mall in Charolette.

Joe Duffy who works at Starbucks was taking a smoke break when he saw the giant sized sand man walking towards him.

"I was a little worried at first, but he was so cool. He just needed a light for a joint that he had in his hand. We took a few hits. Honestly it was some pretty decent reefer."

After getting high, Joe went back to work and the statue of Mr. Obama headed downtown for a beer where he received a lot of attention from the townsfolk. One car veered off the road and took out a telephone poll, causing a power outage that lasted well into the next day.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
