White House and Democratic high ranking officials were astounded recently when the president was overheard talking with a group of visitors on a White House tour.
Obama was heard saying: "I don't care if they are black or white, democrat or republican, I am not paying to rebuild New Orleans again. Every few years, the same old story. Hell, that damned old city is below sea level, or something like that. No more, let them move to high ground."
When interviewed, Ernie Pflat, of Benson, North Dakota, one of the tour participant stated, "I was shocked to hear him say that. We have sorta felt thet way up in the Dakotas, but never cum out and said it like he did, I didn't know whether to clap or what."
