After years of excuses from the White House regarding apparent misspeaking's from the administrations second in command. The White House press secretary Jay Carney announced that V.P. Joe Biden's recent remarks about "stringing them up" was a side effect brought on by too much medicinal marijuana.
Apparently the V.P. had ingested a brownie produced with a strain of cannabis known as "Dr. Grinspoon" that he had legally acquired after being prescribed by a D.C. Doctor as a treatment for his ADHD. The powerful strain was accidentally mislabeled as the VP's usual and much less potent strain "Herbin decay" causing the Vice President to say things even more ridiculous than in the past.
